Everything you need for O'Hare, Midway, and Chicago's executive airports, terminal maps, international arrivals and customs, baggage, meet-and-greet, and exactly where your chauffeur picks you up. Jump to a section or search below.
Chicago is served by two major airports and two executive fields, and we provide flat-rate chauffeured car service to and from all of them, with flight tracking, meet-and-greet, and no surge pricing. Here is the quick orientation:
O'Hare is one of the busiest airports in the world, with four terminals: 1, 2, 3, and 5 (there is no Terminal 4). Domestic flights operate mainly out of Terminals 1, 2, and 3, while Terminal 5 is the primary international arrivals hub. The free Airport Transit System (ATS) train connects all terminals, parking, and the Multi-Modal Facility 24/7. Tap any map below to open the official terminal PDF.
A quick reference based on the official O'Hare directory (effective late 2025, always confirm with your airline):
Midway is Chicago's compact, efficient second airport on the southwest side, about 12 miles from downtown. It has a single main terminal building feeding three concourses, A, B, and C, connected after security. It is the city's main Southwest Airlines hub and is often faster to get in and out of than O'Hare.
Baggage claim is on the lower level, and the walk from gate to curb is short compared to O'Hare. The CTA Orange Line connects Midway to downtown in about 25 minutes, but for door-to-door comfort with luggage, a chauffeured pickup is the easy choice.
For private and corporate aviation, Chicago has two excellent executive fields, and we provide professional corporate car service to both, timed to your private flight.
Located in Wheeling, north of the city, Chicago Executive is one of the busiest general-aviation airports in the country, serving private jets, charters, and corporate flights for the northern suburbs and North Shore. Fixed-base operators (FBOs) handle arrivals, and we coordinate curbside pickup at your FBO. Chicago Executive car service.
In West Chicago, DuPage serves the western suburbs as a major general-aviation field with modern facilities for private and corporate aviation. We meet you at the FBO and handle the trip into the city or out to the suburbs. DuPage Airport car service.
Here is what to expect after you land, and how the pickup works at each stage.
After you deplane, follow signs to Baggage Claim / Ground Transportation, which at O'Hare is on the Lower Level of each terminal. This is where all ground transportation is organized: taxis, charter buses, suburban and reserved taxis, and importantly Reserved Limousines, the marked area where your chauffeur meets you.
Collect your checked bags at the carousel for your flight on the lower level. At O'Hare Terminal 5, international baggage claim is at carousels 10, 11, and 12. If a bag is lost or delayed, contact your airline directly at the baggage office, that is separate from airport lost-and-found.
We coordinate an exact meeting point when you book. For most O'Hare pickups, that is the lower-level Reserved Limousine area at your arrival terminal. We monitor your flight, so if you land early or late, your chauffeur adjusts. You will have your driver's details and stay in contact, no standing in a rideshare line, no surge.
If you are arriving on an international flight, here is how the process works at O'Hare, the city's international gateway.
Most international arrivals are processed at Terminal 5, which houses US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). After deplaning you will proceed through passport control and immigration, then collect your checked baggage, then clear customs before exiting to the arrivals hall.
Terminal 5 offers Mobile Passport Control and Global Entry lanes, both of which can significantly cut your time through immigration. If you travel internationally often, enrolling in Global Entry is well worth it.
You will exit at the Main International Arrivals Exit on the lower level of Terminal 5, where ground transportation, including the Reserved Limousine area, is located. Because clearing customs can take anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour, we track your flight and build in flexibility so your chauffeur is ready whenever you emerge, with no extra charge for the wait while you clear.
Meet-and-greet is the smoothest way to be picked up at the airport, and it is what sets a professional car service apart from a rideshare scramble.
With meet-and-greet, your chauffeur parks and waits for you inside at an agreed point, often holding a name sign, rather than circling the curb. It is especially valuable for international arrivals at Terminal 5, first-time visitors, VIPs and executives, families with kids and luggage, and anyone who would rather be guided straight to the car than hunt for a pickup spot.
If you prefer, we also offer standard curbside pickup at the lower-level arrivals roadway. Either way, because we track your flight, your driver times the arrival to your actual landing, and you never pay surge pricing for a busy arrival window.
Heading out of town? Here is how to make your departure smooth.
At O'Hare, departures and check-in are on the Upper Level of each terminal. We drop you right at your airline's door so you walk straight to check-in or security. Tell us your airline when booking and we will confirm the correct terminal, T1, T2, T3, or for some international departures, your departure terminal even if you will arrive back into T5.
As a general guide, plan to be at the airport about two hours before a domestic flight and around three hours before an international flight, then add the drive time on top. We confirm a pickup time that accounts for traffic on the Kennedy or your route from the suburbs, so you arrive with time to spare, never a rush.
If someone is picking you up informally, the O'Hare Cell Phone Lot is at 560 N. Bessie Coleman Dr., where drivers can wait free until you are ready. (With our service, your chauffeur handles the timing for you.)
O'Hare's free Airport Transit System runs 24/7, connecting Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 5, the parking garages, economy lots, rental cars, and the Multi-Modal Facility. From Terminal 5, take the ATS to Terminal 3 for the CTA Blue Line to downtown (about a 45-minute ride).
Flat rate with no surge, a guaranteed vehicle and meeting point, flight tracking, help with luggage, and a professional chauffeur who knows the terminals, while rideshare pickup at O'Hare is confined to Terminal 2's departure level, often far from where you land. For the airport, the difference in ease is substantial.
Flat-rate airport transfers to and from all four Chicago airports, with flight tracking, meet-and-greet, and no surge pricing. Serving every neighborhood and 50+ suburbs, 24/7.
