For standard rides, cancellations are free and fully refundable. We only ask that you give us a heads-up as early as you reasonably can, so we can free up the vehicle and chauffeur for someone else.

When you cancel a standard ride, we refund what you paid. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, and they typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider. If anything ever looks off, call us and we will sort it out personally.
Sometimes you do not need to cancel, you just need to adjust. We are happy to move your pickup time, change the date, update the route, or switch the vehicle whenever we can. If you are running late, call us, we will do our best to wait and keep your ride on track. The only time a charge may apply is a true no-show, where a chauffeur arrives, waits, and cannot reach you. Weddings, proms, parties, and large group events sometimes involve special vehicles, multiple cars, and dedicated planning reserved well in advance. For these bookings, we may confirm specific cancellation details with you at the time of booking so everyone is on the same page. We still aim to be flexible and fair, just reach out as early as you can for event changes.
Chicago weather has a mind of its own. If a flight is canceled, a storm rolls in, or something outside your control disrupts your plans, contact us and we will reschedule or refund without hassle. We track flights for airport pickups and adjust to delays whenever we can.
