How much does a limo or car service in Chicago cost?+

We use flat-rate pricing confirmed at the time of booking, with no surge charges, ever. As a guide, our published starting rates are sedan and Executive service from $75, premium SUV service from $95, and hourly chauffeur service from $85 per hour. Is the price I am quoted the price I actually pay?+

Yes. The rate we confirm at booking is the rate you pay. We do not add peak-hour surge pricing, and there are no surprise charges. The only time the total changes is if you change the trip itself, adding stops, extending the time, or requesting extra services during the ride. See our terms for details.

Do you charge surge pricing during busy times?+

Never. This is one of the biggest advantages of booking a chauffeured car service over rideshare. Whether it is a Friday night, a Cubs game letting out, or a downtown festival weekend, your flat rate stays exactly the same while rideshare prices spike.

How do I pay, and do you store my card?+

Is gratuity included?+

Gratuity may be included or added at your discretion depending on the booking. We will make the details clear when you reserve so there are no surprises.

Are there extra fees I should know about?+

Your flat rate covers the trip as booked. Additional charges may apply only for things like extended wait time, extra stops added during the trip, tolls where applicable, or cleaning in the rare case of excessive mess or damage. We are upfront about all of it before you ride.

Which airports do you serve?+

All four Chicago-area airports: O'Hare International (ORD), Midway International (MDW), Chicago Executive (PWK), and DuPage Airport (DPA). We handle both arrivals and departures, 24/7.

How far is O'Hare from downtown Chicago?+

O'Hare is roughly 17 to 18 miles northwest of downtown, typically a 30 to 55 minute drive depending on traffic on the Kennedy Expressway. From most North Side neighborhoods like Lincoln Park or Lakeview, it is closer to 13 miles. Times vary, so we always plan around current conditions.

How far is Midway from downtown?+

Midway is about 12 miles southwest of downtown, usually a 25 to 45 minute drive. It is often the closer airport for travelers on the South and Southwest sides and in the southwest suburbs.

Do you track my flight?+

Yes. For airport pickups we monitor your flight in real time and adjust to delays or early arrivals at no extra charge, so your chauffeur is there when you land, not before and not after.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?+

We coordinate an exact meeting point when you book, and offer meet-and-greet service where your chauffeur waits with a name sign. Your driver stays in contact so there is no confusion after you land.

What if my flight is delayed or canceled?+

Because we track your flight, a delay is not a problem, we simply adjust. If your flight is canceled, just contact us and we will reschedule or refund per our easygoing cancellation policy.

What is the best car for airport transfers?+

What is the best vehicle for a group or a night out?+

It depends on the group size. Up to 6 to 7 people travel well in a full-size SUV. For larger groups, a Mercedes Sprinter van seats up to 14, and a Sprinter party bus or stretch limo turns the ride itself into part of the celebration.

What vehicles are in your fleet?+

How many passengers can you accommodate?+

From a single traveler in a sedan up to 14 in a Sprinter van or around 16 in a party bus or stretch vehicle. For larger groups we dispatch multiple vehicles, just tell us your headcount and we will recommend the right setup.

How much luggage fits?+

Sedans comfortably handle two to three travelers with standard luggage. SUVs and Sprinter vans carry significantly more, ideal for airport runs with checked bags, golf clubs, or strollers. If you have unusual or oversized items, let us know when booking and we will match the right vehicle.

Are your vehicles licensed and insured?+

How do I book a ride?+

How far in advance should I book?+

The earlier the better, especially for airport runs at peak times, weddings, large groups, and busy event weekends like Lollapalooza or a Cubs homestand. That said, we also handle same-day and last-minute requests whenever a vehicle is available, just call.

Can I book for someone else?+

Yes, you can book on behalf of family, guests, clients, or employees. Just provide their pickup details and contact information so the chauffeur can coordinate directly with the passenger.

Do you offer hourly or as-directed service?+

Yes. Our hourly chauffeur service (from $85 per hour) is perfect for a night out, a day of meetings, multiple stops, or any time you want a car and driver at your disposal.

Can I make multiple stops on one trip?+

Do you have child seats or car seats?+

Yes, child seats can be arranged on request. Because seat type depends on your child's age and weight, please let us know the details when you book so we can have the correct seat installed and ready. There may be a small fee depending on the request.

It is one of the easiest ways to travel with kids, especially to busy spots like the Lincoln Park Zoo or the airport. We drop you at the door, handle the luggage and strollers, and skip the parking ordeal entirely.

Policies & Logistics

What is your cancellation policy?+

It is easygoing and customer-friendly. Cancel a standard ride and we refund you, just give us a heads-up as early as you reasonably can. Full details are on our cancellation policy page.

What happens if I am running late?+

Call us, we will do our best to wait and keep your ride on track. A quick phone call almost always solves it. Charges only apply in a true no-show situation where the chauffeur cannot reach you.

Do you operate 24/7?+

Yes. We run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, early flights, red-eyes, late nights out, and holidays included, all at the same flat rate.

What if I leave something in the vehicle?+

Take all belongings with you when your trip ends, but if you do leave something behind, contact us right away and we will make every reasonable effort to locate and return it.

Is smoking or alcohol allowed in the vehicle?+

Smoking is not permitted. Alcohol may be restricted by law and vehicle policy, so please ask when booking. Our goal is a clean, comfortable ride for every passenger.
