However, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, or acts of nature. Our total liability for any claim related to a trip will not exceed the amount paid for that trip.
Please take all personal belongings with you when your trip ends. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle, but we will make a reasonable effort to locate and return lost property when notified. Passengers are responsible for any damage they or their party cause to a vehicle, and related cleaning or repair costs may be charged.
